Ozlem Tas was born in Turkey and is currently based in Hilversum, The Netherlands. She works primarily with acrylics, creating abstract paintings with dimensional effects. Her work employs geometric shapes, forms, lines, colors, and motion, drawing inspiration from the universe and the visual stories that colors tell. Tas has exhibited widely in the Netherlands and Turkey. Her exhibitions include solo shows at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden (February–March 2021) and at Radhuis Hilversum (January–February 2023), as well as group and duo exhibitions at venues including Amaris Gooizicht in Hilversum (February–March 2022), Kerkstraat 92 in Hilversum (November 2020, July 2022, and June–July 2023), and De Hallen in Amsterdam (August 2020). She participated in Kunstkijk Route in Baarn (November 2020) and Nationale Kunst Dagen (November 2021). Earlier exhibitions were held at Ispirtohane Art Gallery in Istanbul (June 2016 and October 2017) and Gallery Basad in Istanbul (May 2015).
